Nancy Mae Eagles

Primary Research Area:

Hi! I'm Nancy (she/her), and I'm a first-year PhD student at UC Berkeley. I have an interest in 3 and 4-dimensional differential topology, (with some higher dimensional exceptions!), along with applications of algebraic topology in solving problems in these areas. Previous interests of mine have been exotic spheres, and spineless 4-manifolds. I am interested in learning more about Floer homology theory in both symplectic and low-dimensional settings. I'm currently a GSI for Math 1B Sections 217 and 221.
