Room reservations are available to all faculty, students and staff affiliated with the Department of Mathematics.

Events held in departmental spaces are self-service. Users are responsible for set-up, clean-up, operating AV equipment, and ensuring that room use policies are adhered to by all attendees.
Before your reservation expires please make sure all bins (including kitchen's bins) are clear from recycling, compost and landfill, and bins are lined. Floors and surfaces are clean and debris free. Verify the kitchen's refrigerator is clean and working, and the ice machine is producing ice. You must account for this time in your reservation. Lastly, please inform the room coordinator at rooms@math.berkeley.edu of any malfunction detected with the room's appliance(s), visual or audio equipment during your reservation.
