I am a fourth year PhD student in the Department of Mathematics at UC Berkeley. I passed my qualifying exam in 2023. Here is my syllabus.

Research Interests

I am currently interested in the long time behavior of nonlinear wave equations and other dispersive equations with geometric or physics background. In particular, I enjoy thinking about problems regarding the decay of waves and related nonlinear stability problems.

Papers and Preprints

Stability of the catenoid for the hyperbolic vanishing mean curvature equation in 4 spatial dimensions.  arXiv:2411.08366 [math.AP]

Undergraduate Research

Well-posedness and regularity for the fractional Navier-Stokes equations.  arXiv:2111.00535 [math.AP]

Seminars

I co-organized a PDE learning seminar with Sung-Jin Oh in Fall 2024. Here is a link.

With Ryan Martinez and Jason Zhao, I organize the weekly Harmonic Analysis and Differential Equations Student Seminar (HADES), every Tuesday from 3:30 PM to 5 PM. Please visit the seminar website here.
