I am a tenure-track Assistant Professor at UC Berkeley. I am interested in number theory and its connections to algebraic geometry, representation theory, and algebraic topology.
I am also working on Machine Learning, currently as a Visiting Researcher at Google DeepMind. In the past, I worked with xAI on Grok 2 and Grok 3.

- This semester I am teaching Math 270: A Survey of Deep Learning for Mathematicians. Running course notes (in progress).
- Uploaded a new paper joint with Shachar Carmeli, Prismatic Steenrod operations and arithmetic duality on Brauer groups .
- Uploaded a new paper joint with Ben Howard and Mikayel Mkrtchyan, Higher Siegel--Weil formula for unitary groups II: corank-one terms .
- Uploaded a new version of Mirror symmetry and the Breuil-Mezard Conjecture (joint with Bao Le Hung). This version is a significant rewriting and improvement over the previous one, generalizing the results to arbitrary unramified groups, including exceptional groups! (See section 1.5 for details.)
- Uploaded a revision of Derived structures in the Langlands Correspondence (joint with Michael Harris), written for the Proceedings of the 2022 IHES Summer School.
