Lecture Notes and Teaching Materials
These lecture notes have gradually developed from my undergraduate teaching.
They are works in progress, and all rights are reserved. Comments are welcome.
Over the years, I have supervised undergraduate reading and research projects (Math 199)
on topics including Riemann surfaces, representation theory, Morse theory,
characteristic classes, and related areas.
In Summer 2026, I served as a mentor in the Marco Troper REU program.
From 2026 to 2028, I am supported by a Berkeley Collegium grant for the project
Bridging Upper-Division Coursework and Undergraduate Research in Pure
Mathematics Through Complex Analysis. The project develops a structured
pathway from upper-division coursework to independent reading and research
in pure mathematics.
