About
Hello! I'm Nancy (she/her), a fourth year PhD candidate in the Department of Mathematics at UC Berkeley. I am advised by Michael Hutchings. I took my Qualifying Examination in the 2024 Spring semester. I am also a GSI for MATH 55.
My interests lie in solving problems in Low Dimensional Topology via Symplectic Geometry. I really like knots. Currently I'm working on Legendrian unknotting problems.
You can reach me by email at nm.eagles@berkeley.edu and in my office at 869 Evans Hall.
