LECTURE NOTES AND RECORDINGS
Webcasts of lectures are usually automatically posted in bcourses - but by ETS policy are accessible only to registered students (and folks that we manually add), and by human shortcomings will almost certainly fail sometimes.Slides and notes from the lecture will be posted on the forum in the 'Lecture Notes' category.
We make these resources available in case you miss or want to review parts of lectures. They do not serve as full replacement.
Older (2014, 2016, and 2017) webcasts are available for berkeley.edu accounts. In particular, ``2017 - Spring: Section 001: Instructor(s): Ritwik Ghosh ... '' uses the same syllabus as this course (except for two extra lectures in this term) .. but also misses some recordings (e.g. the first 17minutes of lecture 1).
The 2014 versions of slides and videos are freely available, but use a different order of syllabus.
STUDY HELP AND TUTORING
The Student Learning Center offers an adjunct course and drop-in tutoring for this particular course. It also offers general online study and success strategies and individual appointments for students experiencing academic difficulty.The mathematics department has a list of private tutors and further resources.
