I've recently completed several papers based on my thesis work at UC Berkeley with Jamie Sethian on mass transport phenomena in microchips due to stress and electromigration. I'm also very interested in least squares finite elements, micromagnetics, multigrid, level set methods, fast marching methods, immersed interface methods, analytic matrix functions, and numerical optimization.
