In my free time I enjoy writing about science. I spent the summer of 2015 as a AAAS Fellow writing for NOVA Next, where I wrote about computer hallucinations, the curiously ubiqitous dams of America, the economics of conservation, and more. In 2015, I served as Editor in Chief for the Berkeley Science Review, where I have also written about developments in cosmology, efforts to redefine the SI unit of mass, and energy-efficient supercomputing. I also have contributed to blog posts on lensing ocean waves and graduate student mental health.
