After that date the contingent expires.
Rates The group rates are available for arrival on Thursday May 28, 2015 and departure on Sunday May 31, 2015.
The price is 75€ for Thursday and Friday, and 170€ for the third night (because of the DFB-Cup Final 2015 in Berlin).
This includes breakfast and WLAN.




How to reach Hotel Otto:


From airport Tegel The airport shuttle bus X9 takes you (within 15 Minutes) to Ernst-Reuter-Platz which is 400 metres to the hotel, a 3-minutes-walk.
From Schönefeld airport Take the 171 or X7 bus to the underground station Rudow.
From there you can take the Line 7 (destination Rathaus Spandau) to Bismarckstrasse, and then
change onto the Line 2 (destination Pankow) which is two stops from Ernst Reuter Platz.

Another option is to take a regional train (RE7, destination Dessau) from S-Bahnhof Flughafen Schönefeld
or S-Bahn (Line 9, destination Pankow, change at Ostkreuz to any train in direction of Zoologischer Garten).
You may leave the train at Zoologischer Garten and take the subway U2 in direction Ruhleben.
The first stop is Ernst-Reuter-Platz.
From Berlin Hauptbahnhof Take one of two S-Bahn-lines: S5 (toward Rathaus Spandau), or S7 (toward Wannsee) to the Zoologischer Garten,
and take the subway U2 toward Ruhleben. The first stop is Ernst-Reuter-Platz.

A taxi-ride takes about 8 minutes and costs 13€.



The Workshop Venue

The conference will take place at the Gendarmenmarkt, BBAW Einstein-Saal. The building is located just one block from U Hausvogteiplatz (Berlin).
See map below for the direction from Hausvogteiplatz to the venue.

From Hotel Otto you can walk to Ernst-Reuter-Platz, and take U12 towards Warschauer Strasse. After 10 minutes you reach the station Gleisdreieck. (You have 3 minutes for changing trains.) You have to go downstairs to reach U 2 towards Pankow. Get off after 10 minutes at Hausvogteiplatz.
