The computer slides from my CIME lectures are available here, in pdf and dvi formats.
The above files have been retypeset for printing on paper, and have had the colors removed. If you insist on seeing the gaudy colors of the original presentation, you can see the original dvi files, below. However, they are best viewed using xdvi, due to unusual page sizes.
There are no slides for lecture 3 at this time (I used the blackboard for the entire lecture).
The expanded version of the lecture notes will be available here when they have been written (and partially complete drafts may be posted here, too). Due to my numerous other commitments, though, they may not be available until early 2008.
