About
Hello! I'm Nancy (she/her), a third year PhD candidate in the Department of Mathematics at UC Berkeley. I am advised by Michael Hutchings. I took my Qualifying Examination in the 2024 Spring semester. I am also a GSI for MATH 55.
My interests lie in solving problems in Low Dimensional Topology via Symplectic Geometry. I really like knots. Currently I'm trying to learn about methods of constructing contact manifolds, and how they manifest in the world of embedded contact homology.
You can reach me by email at nm.eagles@berkeley.edu and in my office at 869 Evans Hall.
