Section 101 meets Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8am in 9 Evans.
Office hours: tentatively Thursday 11am-12pm and Friday 10am-11am in 1049 Evans and in a hybrid format (see bCourses for the Zoom link).
I will also occasionally monitor Ed Discussion.
Homeworks will be collected via Gradescope (a bCourses announcement was made with a course code).
Current tentative homework due time is Tuesdays at 10:30am (to allow a little bit of time after discussion in case there are issues you're stuck on).
This might be moved later, but I strongly recommend having done as much as possible of the homework before section so you can ask questions on any topics that are unclear.
Quizzes will happen in section on some Thursdays, see the posted timetable (30 minutes long).
Midterm 1 will be Wednesday, February 15 during lecture.
Midterm 2 will be Wednesday, April 5 during lecture.
The final exam will be Tuesday, May 9 from 7-10pm (location TBD).
Student learning center drop-in tutoring in Cesar Chavez Atrium (schedule and start time TBD). There is also an adjunct course through SLC.
Some useful trigonometric identities.
Desmos, a nice online 3D graphing tool.

Various past Math 53 exams.
Even more past Math 53 exams and solutions.
Some study strategies I like using (your mileage may vary):
Section handouts should be posted here automatically around 8am on days of section; paper copies will also be available.
