I like workouts such as circuit training, dynamic resistance training, and HIIT. I find working out regularly helps me focus, reduces pressure, keeps my energy level, and just makes me a stronger person!
I’m no longer obsessed with training 6-packed any more. I found maintaining it a major burden to my life style… Sometimes you gotta accept the fact that people can be different, so just do what makes you happier and fits your life the best. Such is training, such is research, and such is life in general.
