About me

I am a fourth year math PhD student at UC Berkeley. I completed my undergraduate studies at University of Wisconsin-Madison in math as well as applied mathematics, engineering and physics. I also spent a great deal of time studying Polish and playing trumpet.

Research interest

I work in algebraic geometry and algebraic combinatorics with Mark Haiman. Historically, I have done research in factorization theory and algebraic statistics.

Jeremy Meza and I organized a seminar on Macdonald polynomials called BIG MAC last year. For the past two years, I've run the Talking About Combinatorial Objects Student seminar (TACOS). You can find the talks list here.
