About me

I am a fifth year math PhD student at UC Berkeley. I completed my undergraduate studies at University of Wisconsin-Madison in math as well as applied mathematics, engineering and physics. I also spent a great deal of time studying Polish and playing trumpet.

Research interest

I work in algebraic geometry and algebraic combinatorics with Mark Haiman. Historically, I have done research in factorization theory and algebraic statistics.

Jeremy Meza and I organized a seminar on Macdonald polynomials called BIG MAC last year. For the past two years, I ran the Talking About Combinatorial Objects Student seminar (TACOS). You can find the talks list here.
