The Washington Inn is located near the corner of Broadway and 10th St, 1 block from the 12th St. Oakland City Center BART station. Evans Hall is only 31 minutes by way of BART. From the Washington Inn, walk to Broadway and then head one block north, crossing 11th St. Go down the stairs to access the 12 St Oakland City Center BART station. Take the stairs down one level to reach the middle platforms and then take either the Richmond - Daly City/Millbrae line towards Richmond, or the Fremont - Richmond line towards Richmond. Travel 4 stops until the Downtown Berkeley BART station, then walk east on Center St to reach campus (see also the map below).

The rooms at the Washington Inn will be billed directly to the UC Berkeley Math Department.
