I am an Assistant Teaching Professor of Mathematics at UC Berkeley.

I'm from the Highlands of Scotland and have spent my whole adult life studying, researching and teaching Mathematics. After an undergraduate at Cambridge University, I did a PhD in Number Theory at Imperial College London, under the supervision of Kevin Buzzard. After that, I spent three years at UC Berkeley as a Morrey Assistant Professor, a year as a lecturer in Nottingham, and two years as a lecturer at King's College London.

If you find it hard to believe that there are still new things to do in Mathematics, check out this.
