Prerequisites: Familiarity with basic vocabulary of rings, modules, categories and functors is expected.

Syllabus: Modern Mathematics is simply unthinkable without Homological Algebra. I will give a rapid and clear introduction to all the fundamental concepts and then will proceed to cover more advanced topics: satellites, spectral sequences, exact categories, and derived categories. In the second part of the course I will provide an introduction to Homotopical Algebra and to modern theory of triangulated categories.
