CV Personal Math and biology

I am an  NSF postdoc in the mathematics department at UC Berkeley.  I work in the Mathematical and Computational Biology Lab under the direction of Lior Pachter.

Research interests: Topological data analysis, computational biology,  geometric combinatorics

I am organizing the weekly research seminar in computational biology, Wednesdays 2-3 in Evans 939.
