Informal Student Meeting: There will be an informal student meeting to discuss homework on Mondays from 5:00pm to 6:00pm in Evans 72.
Grading Scheme: Final exam 40%; Midterms 40% (2 midterms @ 20% each); Homework 20%
Midterm Dates: Midterm #1 will take place during the class period on September 29, 2008 and will cover sections 1-16, 18-26, 29-34 in our text. Midterm #2 will take place during the class period on November 12, 2008 and will cover sections 37-74 in our text.
Homework Dates: There will be 12 homework assignments typically due each Wednesday at 8:10am. No late homework will be accepted. The homework will be graded on content out of 10 possible points each week. The specific due dates are Sept. 5, Sept. 10, Sept. 17, Sept. 24, Oct. 8, Oct. 15, Oct. 22, Oct. 29, Nov. 5, Nov. 19, Nov. 26, Dec. 10.
