Math 1B - Calculus - Fall 2003

Class Times: Tuesday and Thursdays, 2:00-3:30 in 155 Dwinelle
Office hours: 9-12 Wednesdays
Course Layout:
The course covers techniques of integration, sequences and series, and
differential equations. There will be two midterms (20% each), a
final (40%) and weekly quizzes (20%). Doing the weekly homework
assignments is recommended, but they will not be graded. The text is the 5th edition of J. Stewarts
Calculus: Early Transcendentals.

Shahed Sharif is in charge of all enrollemnt questions or concerns. Your section TA can not help you with these.

Tu 10:30-12:30, 4-5
W 2-4
Th 10-1
Thereafter his office hours are M 11-12, Tu 10:30-12:30.
