Research Interests

While my research interests are still solidifying, I've recently become interested in International Markets, Capital Market Structure, and their effects on Real Estate.  Most recently I've been working with the Fisher Center for Real Estate and Urban Economics (FCREUE) on the effects of Globalization on Real Estate, Mortgage Markets, Immigrant Homeownership and Tourism.

A snapshot of me

Born and raised in the best part of the south - Nawth Kackalackee (or North Carolina for those of you with all your teeth).  I have 4 four awesome brothers and a favorite sister, all a product of two great parents.  Since graduating high school, I have lived in various places for various reasons.  From France, to New Mexico, to the DC area, to Cambridge (England), and now in Berkeley, with a few stops in between, I've gathered lots of good stories so ask me about them sometime.  I've learned to call many places home, but the friends in each area are the best part.  I enjoy keeping in shape through swimming and love to be around sports.  The exchange of knowledge is my passion and research and sports are the purest and most practical ways of accomplishing it.  I'm always up for learning something new, or figuring it out on my own and sharing it with you.

Faith and Math: Why either?

Stay tuned for a philosophical summary on how both of these subjects are very closely linked, especially in my pursuit of discovering each and their impact on my life....or you can just ask me about it :o)
