Solutions to the practice exam.

Some notes: I would recommend studying problems from a variety of different sources. Sure, look at our worksheets and practice exams, but you MUST look at professor Hald's worksheets. Look at homework problems. You could also look at chapter review problems. VERY IMPORTANT: Be absolutely clear with your work. Justify why you got minimums instead of maximums, etc. Don't assume it's obvious. Make sure whatever you write down for justification is visible. On any problem type, be clear with what you are doing. Especially those mean value theorem problems (the proofs by contradiction). Good luck!
