And here is a link for calendars and schedules at Berkeley.

Information on setting up a course website, as well as some templates, is available here on Jameel's old 300 site. Jameel's site also has some quiz templates, and the mgsa wiki has some instructions on how to use them.

The Student Learning Center can be a good resource for your students. There is lots available on their web pages:
For 1A, refer your students to: SLC 1A
For 1B, refer your students to: SLC 1B
The SLC offers "drop-in hours" for most of the core lower-division classes in the Math department. Those are very useful for students who need more face time with a GSI than they can get from your office hours alone. They will find a GSI specifically hired to help students with their class's material - this GSI's office hours are located on the web-page above.

Head TAs

The role of the Head TA is to deal with all enrolment/waitlist concerns. You should make sure that your students know that they need to talk to the head TA, and fill out the "Section Preference Forms" (available from the head TA) if they are waitlisted, or if they need to change sections for any reason. Please find out from your head TA his or her contact info. The head TAs are as follows:
Math 1A : Aubrey Clayton. (math email is aclayton)
Math 1B: Ivan Matic (math email is matic)
