I am a professor of Molecular and Cell Biology, Mathematics, and Computer Science, and am the director of the Laboratory for Mathematical and Computational Biology in the Mathematics Department at UC Berkeley. I am also the coordinator for the Biosystems and Computational Biology research area in the Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Department, and am affiliated with the following centers, institutes, and graduate programs:
