I am a postdoctoral researcher at the Oxford Center for Gene Function working with Jotun Hein on reconstructing ancestral pedigrees. I am collaborating with Lior Pachter on algorithms for phylogenetic tree reconstruction. And I worked with Rainer Sachs on graph theoretic solutions to problems in radiation cytogenetics.
