Research

I am a student of Maciej Zworski and am interested Dispersive PDE, Semiclassical Analysis, Mathematical Physics, Microlocal Analysis and Scattering theory.

Papers:
  1. Solitons for a nonlinear Schrödinger equation with a slowly varying potential, Preprint.
  2. Spectral uniqueness of radial semiclassical Schrödinger operators (with Kiril Datchev and Hamid Hezari ), published in Mathematical Research Letters, Vol. 18, No. 3, pp. 521–529, 2011.

  3. Solitary waves for the Hartree equation with a slowly varying potential (with Kiril Datchev), published in Pacific Journal of Mathematics, Vol. 248, No. 1, pp. 63–90, 2010.

Education

I got my Bachelor of Science at Harvey Mudd College in 2007 in Mathematics. Here is a link to my undergraduate senior thesis on Radial Solutions to an Elliptic Boundary Valued Problem. I am now working toward on my Ph.D. in the math department here at UC Berkeley. I will finish in May 2012.
