Gwyneth Harrison-Shermoen
I am a PhD candidate in the Group in Logic and the Methodology of Science, at UC Berkeley. During the 2010 - 2011 academic year, I visited l'Équipe de Logique Mathématique at l'Université Paris Diderot (Paris 7) in Paris, France.

Office Hours (Spring 2012): M 5-6pm, W 1-2pm.
Teaching
This summer, I will be teaching Math 16A (Lecture 3).
In the past, I have served as a GSI for the following courses:
Spring 2012: Math 54 (Professor Zworski).
Fall 2011: Math 16A (Professor Johnson).
Fall 2009: Math 16A (Professor Gu).
Spring 2009: Math 16B (Professor Harrington).
Fall 2008: Math 1A (Professor Agol).
Research Interests
I am doing research in model theory, a branch of mathematical logic. My current focus is notions of independence in theories without the tree property of the first kind.
