I am a fourth year PhD student in the UC Berkeley Math Department. My research interests are in harmonic analysis and additive combinatorics. I passed my qual on July 9th, 2008; here is my syllabus. I am funded by FCT (Fundação Para a Ciência e a Tecnologia), Portugal. My advisor is Michael Christ. I graduated from Universidade do Porto in July 2006 with a B.S. in mathematics. Here is my CV.
