Office hours for Friday, November 21 are cancelled. Please email me if you'd like to schedule office hours for a different time.

11/10/08:
There will be NO section or quiz on Wednesday, November 26.

No office hours on Tuesday, November 11 (Veteran's Day). Instead, office hours will be held on Wednesday, November 12 from 2-3pm.

10/27/08:
I will be holding a Review Session for Midterm 2 on Monday, November 3 from 5–7pm in 101 Wurster Hall.

The midterm (on November 6th) will cover sections 2.3–4.3.

Office hours for Friday, November 7 are cancelled.

10/13/08:
Office hours for this Friday (October 17) have been rescheduled to 11:30am-12:30pm in 1039 Evans.

9/22/08:
I will be holding extra office hours on Monday, September 22, 2008 from 2-3pm in 1039 Evans. Office hours will be cancelled on Tuesday 9/23.

9/17/08:
A Review Session for Midterm 1 will be held from 2-5pm on Sunday, September 21, 2008 in 106 Moffitt. We will review relevant concepts and go over homework and sample midterm problems.

Your professor posted a sample midterm to his website. (Other old midterms are also on the math department website.)

Midterm 1 Information:
Tuesday, September 23, 2008, in class from 8:10-9:30.
Please bring: Calculators will not be allowed. The exam will cover the material in the textbook through Section 2.2.

Office Hours on Tuesday, September 23, 2008 will be canceled (so that I may grade your midterms).
