Research
I'm a 6th year graduate in math deparment, working with professor Daniel Tataru. I'm interested in Nonlinear Dispersive Equation, more specifically, I'm currently working on Korteweg-de Vries and Nonlinear Schrodinger equations. But I'm always happy to learn more about PDE and the broad area in analysis.

Preprint

1. Low regularity solution for Chern-Simons-Schrodinger equation. with P. Smith, D. Tataru, In prepartion.
By choosing a suitable gauge, and controlling the magentic nonlinearity using good bilinear estimates, we are able to prove local wellposedness for initial data in $H^s$, for s>0.

2. A-priori bounds for KdV equation below H^{-3/4}
In this paper, we prove a-priori local in time bound for the smooth solutions with rough data in H^s, s between -4/5 and -3/4. This a-priori bound ensures that the equation is satisfied in the sense of distributions, and also helps us to establish the existence weak solutions.
