Resources - UC Berkeley Mathematics
The Computing Support page contains general information on the Math Department computing network and staff, and news bulletins regarding the current state of the system.
The UC Berkeley Math Department computing support wiki is intended to be complementary to the official computing support site.
Under Downloads we maintain a categorized repository of mathematical, informational, and administrative files.

There are two parts to the application, as follows:
- The Graduate Division's Online Application. (As of early September, 2009, this will be available at http://grad.berkeley.edu/admissions/online_app_inst.shtml);
- The Math Department's Supplemental Application Forms, listed below. You will need to send the supplemental forms via regular mail directly to the Math Department at the following address:

The Math Department Supplemental Application Forms listed below are available in Portable Document Format (PDF). The PDF forms may be viewed and printed using Adobe Acrobat. The free Adobe(R) Acrobat(R) Reader allows you to view, navigate and print PDF files across all major computing platforms. If you do not have it installed, you may obtain it from the Adobe Web site.

In addition to completing the above forms, US applicants may submit the following Mathematics Opportunity Committee (MOC) forms.

(Applicants may submit as many as three reference forms)
A note on the GRE exams: We require both the General GRE and the Mathematics Subject GRE exams. You should take both tests no later than November. The Educational Testing Service will send your scores to the institutions you specify when you take the exams. Our departmental code is 0703. Additional information about the GRE exams, and how to register, can be obtained on the web at http://www.GRE.org.
